I work with women during periods of change.
The work is holosomatic, meaning that emotional, physical, and energetic experience are approached as an integrated whole.
It is body-based and relational, held slowly and with attention to what is already present.
Many women who come to this work are outwardly functional and responsible, yet sense that something inward is shifting.
They may feel stretched between roles, expectations, and their inner life.
Often, what is happening cannot be fully understood through thinking alone, and the body becomes part of the process.
This work offers a steady place to stay during such phases.
What this work is
This is ongoing, one-to-one work that takes place through regular sessions over time.
Rather than working toward predefined goals, the focus is on staying with lived experience as it unfolds, in the body, in emotions, and in relationship.
Attention is given to physical sensation, inner movement, and what becomes noticeable when things are allowed to slow down.
Our work together does not follow a fixed method or protocol.
Each session responds to what is present, with care for pacing and nervous-system capacity.
What develops over time is not a solution, but a clearer relationship to one’s own experience.

When this work can be supportive
This work is often chosen during times when change is felt, but not yet clear.
When familiar ways of understanding yourself no longer quite fit.
When you feel disconnected from your body, or unsure how to listen to it.
When the body is involved in what is unfolding, especially around the pelvic space.
When there is a wish for steadiness rather than advice, motivation, or quick answers.
This is not work aimed at fixing or improving anything within a set timeframe.
It offers continuity and presence during periods of transition.
How the work happens
The work takes place through regular 1:1 contact over time.
Sessions are spaces to listen to sensations, emotions, and subtle movements in the body.
Sometimes words come easily, sometimes they do not. Both are welcome.
Attention is given to bodily experience, including the pelvic area, as part of an integrated whole.
The pace is slow, and nothing is forced or directed.
Body-based and energetic elements may be part of the work, depending on what is present.
They are not used as techniques to achieve outcomes, but as ways of staying in contact with experience.
Structure
- Ongoing 1:1 work
- 3 × 60-minute sessions per month
- Online (in person when possible)
- Monthly rhythm
- Minimum commitment: 3 months
Continuation beyond the initial period is possible.
This way of working suits women who value depth, steadiness, and integrity, and who are willing to engage consistently without expectation of quick resolution.
Distance energy sessions
Distance energy sessions are available as a supportive, secondary option.
They are offered as contained, finite sequences and are not a substitute for ongoing relational work.
These sessions may include Reiki- or Kundalini-based work, depending on what is present.
